Dwayne Haskins Accident: By Official Report He Drunk Before Accident
NFL player Dwayne Haskins died in an tragic accident, Dwayne Haskins, a 24 years young, the backup Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback and former standout at Ohio State, was found to be heavily intoxicated when he was tragically struck and killed by a truck on an Florida highway last April, according to a toxicology report released Monday by Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office.
According to the report, Haskins had two samples with blood-alcohol concentrations of 20 percent and 24 percent at his autopsy – more than double Florida’s legal limit of.08 percent. Ketamine, a sedative used recreationally as an hallucinogenic, also detected in Haskins’ system, the report states.
Kalabrya Haskins, through an attorney, issued a statement Monday asking for patience and privacy.
“On behalf of Dwayne’s wife, family, and legacy – as well as on behalf of the truth – we respectfully request and pray for privacy, patience, and the public to withhold any judgment during this period while law enforcement authorities continue their important investigation,” read the statement. Haskins’ agent, Cedric Saunders, declined to provide further comment.
Police Released Official investigating Report Related To Dwayne Haskins Accident
On Monday, police released their findings from their investigation, providing further insight into what caused the collision that took place around 6:37 a.m. on April 9 as Haskins attempted to cross Interstate 595 in Fort Lauderdale on foot.
Reports indicate Haskins had been drinking heavily at a club the night before his death, with one Steelers official telling the medical examiner’s office he went out for dinner and then to a nightclub with someone close to him. But they separated after getting into an argument, according to the report. Meanwhile, Haskins had been training with teammates throughout South Florida this week.
Kalabrya Haskins informed a 911 dispatcher on calls released in April that his car had run out of fuel and he’d left to search for gas. According to the report, Haskins died from blunt force trauma when hit by a dump truck after waving down vehicles on the shoulder of the highway.
Another vehicle also made partial contact while trying to swerve around him, according to the report. Authorities ruled it an accidental death and did not expect criminal charges in this instance, according to the report.
Authorities discovered a woman who had been traveling with Haskins inside the car after his passing, though it remains unclear how they knew each other.
In 2018, he finished third in Heisman Trophy voting behind Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa and Oklahoma’s Kyler Murray after leading Ohio State to 13-1 record, including a win in the Rose Bowl against Washington. At 6-foot-3, Haskins projected to have an N.F.L career due to his accuracy as a pocket passer.

Islamabad, Pakistan saw the evacuation of a multi-story residential block after huge cracks appeared in its structure.
Phone lines have been disrupted, and in Pakistan, the highway in the Swat area has been blocked due to landslides.
Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has instructed disaster agencies to take immediate measures for people’s relief.
According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, earthquakes were felt across a 1,000 km area that includes India, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, and Turkmenistan.
Earthquakes are more likely to occur here due to their location at the intersection of the Eurasian and Indian tectonic plates.
In June 2013, more than 1,000 people died when a 5.9 magnitude earthquake hit Afghanistan’s Paktika province – the country’s deadliest earthquake in nearly 25 years.

to officialy in a statement, lamenting the tragic passing of Anne Heche, whom he had the pleasure of working with on Wag the Dog. “Sad!” De Niro lamented, “I am heartbroken to hear of her passing. She was an incredible actress and it was truly a privilege to have known her. Peace be with her now.” Heche survived by Homer from her marriage to Coley Laffoon and 13-year-old Atlas, whom she shared with ex James Tupper.
