Jim Lane Died: Jim Lane, the lead lawyer for Aaron Dean, was killed Sunday morning at the age 78. He was a Fort Worth officer who was charged with the shooting death Atatiana Jeff.

Varghese Summersett PLL founder and managing partner Benson Varghese said that Lane will be remembered as “a part of our legal community in Fort Worth.”

Varghese is not involved in the case. He said that while it isn’t certain, there is a possibility that the defense will request a continuance. This means that there is a possibility of a delay.

Varghese stated, “If a Motion for a continuance is made based on their loss of primary attorney, judge will be placed in a difficult position, because he’s got a scheduling order that everybody’s agreed to,” To get all new updates follow Centralfallout.com
