Mr. Festus Is Missing After A Bike Accident, Brian Duncan was found dead In Branhart
Brian Duncan was found dead One man who was missing from Festus is now dead. Brian Duncan, a 20-year-old student, was found dead after a bike accident in Barnhart, according to a press release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The incident took place Monday night. He was last seen on his motorcycle but was found paralyzed.

The search for a missing Benton man sparked a flurry of activity on Thursday. A truck driver lost control while navigating an off-ramp and crashed near the intersection of Abbottstown Pike.
While no injuries were reported, the incident was serious enough that troopers were dispatched to the scene. After the incident, the Arkansas Game and Fish Department, Benton Detectives, and the Arkansas State Police joined the search.
There is still no word on how many people were involved in the accident. The driver of the truck, Brian Duncan, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to state police, Duncan was traveling at a speed that was unreasonably fast for the conditions. His death was first thought to be due to an ejection from the vehicle, but investigators have since found that he was killed in the crash.

Investigators said they found no evidence of drug use by the man. They were able to determine that he lost control of his motorcycle and fell from it. The rider was in the north ditch of the highway. A tractor-trailer was traveling north and struck the rider, causing his death.
Investigators believe that the bike was being driven too fast for the conditions, which caused the crash. When the rider fell, he was thrown from the motorcycle and hit the ground. Two other riders were unable to see him and reported the incident to the police.

Southeast DC: Police are asking the public for help in finding a car that they suspect is link to Monday’s shooting at a DC high school, which left a teenager with serious injuries.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting occurred in the 2200 block 14th Street at 2:15 p.m. close to DC Prep Anacostia Elementary campus.
Officers arrived to find a 13-year old boy shot. He was breathing and conscious when officers arrived at the scene. MPD reports that the boy treated for his injuries and will likely survive.
Police released Monday night a photo of the car that they believed involved in the shooting. A surveillance camera captured the gray/silver Hyundai and gave it the license plate 9DJ0820. MPD offers an update following a deadly double shooting in Southeast D.C. on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
Police said that a third man in the vehicle with the two victims and taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. According to police, the incident began with two cars shooting at one another.
“It’s personal to me tonight, just as it was in the past. Tasha Bryant, MPD First District Commander, stated that any loss of life, as I have said on numerous occasions, is one too many. “Tonight, it is a tragedy. My heart is broken that we are here again discussing gun violence.”
