The contestant hoped to continue her winning streak with a victory on Wednesday.

Schneider is the first trans person to qualify for the Tournament of Champions, the competition where “Jeopardy!” champions compete. The contestant will compete alongside fellow hall-of-fame Matt Amodio.

A piece with an angle that looks like a hallway leads to the “hallway piece
