Tushar Shetty is an Indian dancer and choreographer. 2 June 1995 in Mumbai’s Nala Sopara. Nala Sopara was his first school. He passed secondary school at St. Francis de Sales in Mumbai.
He’s a young dance master who will graduate from HR College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai in 2021. Dance has been Tushar’s life and passion since infancy. He started hip hop at 14. Tushar’s Hip Hop dance helped him represent India in the World Championship. He was a top participant on Deepak Dhar and Endemol India’s “So You Think You Can Dance”.
This show aired Saturday and Sunday nights. Auditioning for the concert was open to dancers of all styles. Where he danced for show judges. Tushar didn’t dance till the show. When he learned the show was coming to India, he wanted to join. He practised his dance for this show’s audition.
He then attended the show’s open auditions and impressed the judges. After this, he auditioned for the show again and finally became a competitor.
Tushar’s childhood dream was to perform on the So You Think You Can Dance Show. Tushar tried hard to win the show as a contestant. His dance performance got him into the top 8.
After making the top 8, his desire to win grew. Tushar practised dance constantly to win the show at whatever cost. He’d become so into dancing that he’d abandon all other work.

Mumbai dancer Tushar is talented. High school was at St. Francis de Sales, Mumbai. He attended Mumbai’s HR College of Commerce and Economics. Tushar watched outstanding dancers at Nala Sopara. He’s always loved dancing. He started dancing Hip-Hop in school. His hard effort allowed him to choreograph Nach Baliye 6 and Dance India Dance 4 in 2013.
In 2014, he represented India at the World Hip-Hop Championship. Audiences admired his passionate dance moves. In 2016, he competed in the dance reality show ‘So U Think U Can Dance’ He danced well and placed in the top 9 candidates. He was eliminated in the 9th round, but he worked hard.
In 2021, he choreographed Florina Gogoi for Super Dancer Chapter 4. Judges and guests commended their Jodi. Their dedication and passion win the show. Dance Guru and contestant both got cash and trophies.
