Chase Stokes was born September 16, 1992, in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America to Jeff Stokes and Jennifer Canning – who divorced shortly thereafter – but later relocated with his mother to Canton Georgia before eventually relocating with them both to Orlando where he attended Timber Creek High School and Valencia College (subsequently attended University of Central Florida and Seminole State College ). Since adolescence he dreamt of becoming a professional ice hockey player.
