Since then he has appeared in films like Cop Land, Random Hearts, Frequency Hannibal The Interpreter The Departed Find Me Guilty Michael Clayton The Men Who Stare at Goats as well as I Still Believe playing Christian singer Jeremy Camp’s father role.

On June 8, 2022 in Beacon, New York, Serpico married Kadia Saraf. The two met while working on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit where Saraf was script supervisor. Serpico previously married Erin M. Goodwin whom he met while bartending at Rodeo Bar in New York where they met as bartenders together – Serpico kept bartending for nearly 20 years even after becoming an actor, in order to pay the bills. Serpico is also an avid motorcyclist and fan of rock music music.
