Another review of current clinical trials will complete some tasks that did show limit weight loss with glucomannan. But no long-term has evidence and no change in body weight index.

The glucomannan finds to effective for weight loss when combining with Garcinia Cambogia, and one study will find that taking 500 mg of each twice a day for six months resulted in weight loss and fat reduction.
